Setting Goals

My challenge for this week from Spark Live is to set realistic, measureble goals. So here they are.

1. Exercise for 20 min 5 days a week.
2. Track my food daily
3. Lose 0.2 lbs per week

I kept them simple and realistic. I am setting myself up for SUCCESS!
