Day 3 of Diligence

Wow Wow Wow!!! I have been soooo good with my eating ... its amazing what a focussed weekend can do. I really needed to do something because my eating was way out of order, and I had stopped logging in for each day once I started blowing out. Lucky for me, I was keeping active, so I was still dropping weight, but talk about Miss Self Saboteur!


At work today, I ate only what I had taken (roast pumpkin and feta salad, baby cos lettuce, chop chop chicken, an apple and a pear) ... I didn't eat one of the buns that was on the lunch table, or grab a handful of the peanuts, and I certainly didn't indulge in the chocolate brownie that one our students brought in ... my treat today was a trim latte. It was delicious and I savoured it :)

Best of all - I did not feel deprived all day. I felt content! Magnificent!

Then I had a great walk home from work and am going to have an early night because I really want to get my sleeping sorted ... I usually sleep between 6 and 7 hours a night, but I used to sleep 8 hours solid and I want to get back to that. My anti smoking meds may be causing the sleep issue - I'm not worried about it, I just want to get the recommended amount of sleep.

So before I go to bed, I will do some nice long stretches and some deep breathing ...
