"I hereby pledge that I will not give up... no matter what! My body and my mind deserve the benefits that proper nutrition and exercise bring (at ANY weight), and I really can make a difference in my health. I pledge to be consistent in my habits in order to create/maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is attainable, no matter how long it takes. I understand that my attitude is half the battle, so I will remain positive and ask for help when I need it. I will not let my mind make excuses without challenging their validity. Finally, I will make my health a high priority in my life, and no matter how busy I am, I will make time for my healthy habits--because I am worth it."
I must never ever forget that and refer to that hwenever I'm down in the dumps or whatever, yea!! :D
