Excuses, Excuses, Excuses

We all have them! I can be really good at it. There are the standards, of course, I'm too busy, too tired, too sick...But I can also get creative - I can't exercise in the morning on Tuesday, because it will wake up my husband and I can't workout after work because I have class. Wednesday is church and I have to go there straight from work...yeah - excuses, excuses, excuses.

Time to find solutions...If I really want to workout in the morning I can always go for a walk, that won't wake up my husband. We also have a fitness center at work so I can workout there before I leave to go to class or church. Or I can work out on my lunch break or coffee break with Coach Nicole's desk workouts.

Plan the work and work the plan!

    I love this post, we are all guilty of making excuses at one time or another. There is always a solution if you look.

    I've said the same excuses. We need to learn to push ourselves to our limits, get out of the comfort zone and make the changes we need. Good advice you said...plan the work and work the plan!! Go for it
