It happened again!

When I eat at home, I have a hard time eating enough protein. Enough carbs and fat, no problem.

When I eat in restaurants, choosing entrees with relatively lean meat and vegetables for side dishes (or salads at McD's) I end up with my carbs/fat/protein ratio right where it should be.

I wonder how I can get my family to eat more meat...

    I wasn't getting enough protien either. I had to get some whey protien powder, I add it to my yogurt. I was also drinking Muscle milk, it was the only thing I can drink that taste good.

    I also eat Greek yogurt

    how about some other healthy proteins tha you can sneak into things? cheese? eggs? beans? soy?
