17 Day Diet Cycle 1 Day 16 & 17

17 days done! 9 pounds gone! 12 pounds gone since July 20th.
This 1st cycle was easier than I expected. I feel great. I don't miss bread or processed carbs.
Of course, I am looking forward to starting cycle 2 today. Now I can add in 2 carbs every other day, but slow digesting carbs like quinoa or barley, a med sweet potato etc. Oh yeah - and STEAK!
I'm on way to healthy & lean. I can do this. It feels awesome.
