Weight back to 150 this morning - i know I should not weigh every day but seeing the scale motivates me at least for the day. I WILL move more today and stick with my food choices!

    I am at goal and I weigh every day for the same reason you do: it lets me see my day before me. It forces me to live my program one day at a time, which is how we actually do it anyway. You can do it!
