Yesterday and todays plan

Hi all,
Yesterday was not a very good day. I went WAY over calories and I did NOT work out. But ONE bad day out of 6 is not bad, as long as I keep tracking and stay within calorie range the rest of the week.

So far I have done 2 circuit training workouts this week. As long as I DO one either tonight (after work, which is highly not going to happen) or Tomorrow. Tomorrow is more likely. Then that will give me three workouts this week. Not bad.

I had DH get me some cheese sticks last night while he was at the store. Then tonight we are going to stock up on some fruits and veggies. My work has some produce on sale for 99 cents a lb (snow peas, broccoli, grapes, tomatoes and celery & they have craisins for $1 per pouch). We will have lots of healthy stuff to eat.

Tonight I will be making Krusteaz Crumb Cake, so I have something filling to eat before my shifts on Sat and Sun. Working 4 hrs each day so not bad.

Then Saturday evening DH and I are probably going to do some couponing! I have lots of coupons I want to use before they expire. I have to get my list ready.
