Today I didn't follow my three meals and two snacks at the regularly scheduled times. Now I'm regretting that decision. I should have made myself stop and eat instead of plugging along with my hectic day.
Now I have a headache and my last meal--finished just 30 min ago--is weighing so heavy on my stomach that I can't fall asleep.
The saving grace is that I stayed within my nutrition plan, consumed 7 fruits/vegetables and got in 10 glasses of water. Now to get rid of this headache and get some
