Short and Long Term Goals

Yesterday we went out to dinner. Went to Texas Roadhouse and I planned my meal beforehand. I even resisted the rolls, which I LOVE. Im four days into my plan, and Ive been tracking every day so far and have remained within calorie range.
When we got home from eating out, I worked out to 30 DS (30 mins). Im doing that about 3 days a week. So I will do each phase for 2 weeks. Doing some walking in between and possibly a cardio workout if I have another day to fit in a workout.
I weighed myself this a.m and Im up 3 lbs since June. Nothing I can do about that now, but to lose it.
Short Term Goals:
Drink more water.
Stay Motivated and think of the outcome.
Work out 3-4 Days a Week.
Lose 6 lbs within 1 1/2 months. Then set next goal from there.
Long Term Goals:
Lose about 50 lbs
Get Fit AND Healthy and STAY that way
To be able to finally wear shorts and feel good about it! (I havent worn shorts in 10 or so YEARS!)
