After long, very long 2 1/2 weeks I'm finally home. The house still looks like a mess, cause I spend all my budget for the month in England. Or 2 month. Or 3 ...

Now I have tinned salmon, black beans, müslibars for husband and daughter, quorn, bacon and a hole lot more on my own little grocery-shop in the basement. Oh I forgot the 5 kilo bag basmati rice from my fav. brand (too expensive in germany).

Well, as I wrote: foodwise the old hometown was not very good. I still managed to eat my spelt in the morning, but the rest of the day, it was always a bit more challenging.
But when my daughter and I went to London for 4 days, it changed. We ate sandwichs, salads or japanese - phantastic. I instantly could feel the difference.

I really wanted to make sport, but after a very busy day in the first week, my ankle was swollen, hot and painful. So I rested a bit more than normal, except London, where we walked a LOT.

I put on 1 pound.
And lost 2 since I'm back. Yeah.

Today I cleaned a storage room ... 2 BIG boxes of old baby-clothes from my daughter - for my cousin who is expecting there second (and first girl).
Is it silly to cling on 3 dresses from the first 2 years? Meaning a lot to me?
Well. I'm sure it is, but I CAN'T give them away ...

Now: welcome back reality :)

    I don't think it is silly to keep three dresses at all. I have a little outfit from each of my three, now grown up, children. Sounds like you had a lovely time.
