Starting to regulate eating and exercise

Got my new scale to weigh in once a week or so. Started keeping track of food and exercise. Still have to add the vitamins that I take to the daily intake log. This is hard - already blew it today by going a little nuts with my evening Slimfast shake - didn't read the directions just did a big ole scoop and tripled the amount, lol.

    At least you've started to track your food and exercise, that's the positive. You will have slips...everyone does. Good luck on your journey!
