    Oh boy! Can i relate. Discovered that if I opened that bottle of wine it was always followed by chips, crackers, pizza, etc. Empty calories on top of garbage calories. Oh I still have a glass of wine on occasion but it's much less and I'm a lot more aware and don't munch at the same time. Good Luck!
