started the treadmill today.. exercise from yesterday made every muscle i have hurt though so i havent done as much as i like.. at least im doing something.... worst part of today... the temptation of the "fat cakes" sitting in my pantry lol. i did go ahead and prepare and proportion out like 8 meals with calorie amount marked on bag so hopefully that will make things a little easier... Also on the plus side.. ive drank more water today that i usually drink in a week.. its only five cups though lol
