Day 20 The Leap

Having almost finished this 21 day cleanse, are there places where I am willing to make the leap to incorporating some or all of these steps on an ongoing basis? My answer is a resounding YES. I have loved every second of this cleanse. I thought I'd miss caffeine but I just wanted the coffee taste. Decaf works just as well. I feel so much better sweetening with fresh fruit or stevia....even Agave nectar. I am already a gluten free vegan. And incorporating exercise in 10 min blocks has been wonderful. I am enjoying this program so much that I plan to continue. I got an ice cream maker the other day and plan to make some vegan pistachio healthy treats. I am tracking my food so I will stay within what I need to do to be healthy. The combination of this cleanse and SparkPeople, SparkCoach, and SparkLive has been a godsend. emoticon emoticon
