Ankle Not as Swollen

My ankle is not as swollen today. I have not tried any jumping jacks or jump rope today. Might give it a try when I finally get home tonight. Than again, I think I better stick with something simple like some light weight lifting and wall push ups. I will figure it out and get it done.

Just taking one step at a time.

    Though your workout sounds interesting, you may consider something with less impact. Walking, cycling, etc are great workouts for that. I hope you feel better soon.
