Loving the new gym I joined. I think having a personal trainer and a group to work out with will help me reach my goals much faster than working out at home has ever done. So much encouragement and feedback I actually look forward to working out.
Went for annual physical this week and had lost 13#'s since last year. ( with minimal changes to diet and exercise habits) I get to stop taking cholesterol meds. Yeah!!! I plan on topping that number next year.
I am already enjoying extra energy from working out routinely. Just need to eat the foods I love in a healthy way and create better habits. I can't wait to see what I am able to achieve.
