Glistening

It's a little weird but one of my favorite things while working out is the sheen of sweat all over my arms and chest. I know I am doing something right when I am sweating that much.

Worked out a couple times yesterday.

I have the Burn Machine Speed Bag Intermediate, check it out if you haven't already, it's really great for a quick 7 minute workout any time. Chatted up my sister and mom while doing 2 sets of 7 minutes. I also really like adding it to the end or middle of my normal routine.

My workout is basically a mix of Brazilian Jui-Jitsu Drills that I did when I was taking the classes.

Rolling drills

Triangle Drills

Armbar Drills

Shadow Boxing

and the rest is basic Push-ups, squats, and weight training

Alright gonna try to workout before it gets too Hot

OH yeah. Check out Pandora Radio's Workout Stations there are awesome and have different genres but all get you pumped to work out
