Day 19 Awareness

How many times have I eaten without realizing it. All of a sudden, a whole plate of something is gone and if not for a slightly full feeling in my stomach, I would have sworn the food fairies were at it again. I actually started this step a while ago. Not only being aware of what I was eating, but being aware of where my food comes from. And when I exercise, being aware of how I feel. Its an amazing thing coming out of the fog and noticing things around you.
I noticed today that half way through my scrambled tofu with toast, that I was getting full. I put a piece of toast aside to break up into a salad later. I am noticing that my body feels lighter and my clothes are looser. But the biggest thing I notice (and this is a major surprise) is that I now look forward to exercise since I have broken it up into 10 min chunks.
