Day 3 on Eating right and working out

Thanks for all your kind comments yesterday. I was very sad.
DH had dinner started when I got home (spaghetti, my favorite). Having leftovers tonight before work (2nd job). I work tonight then I am off for 2 days.
I was really just to sad to workout (yoga). So I clipped coupons instead. Just needed to keep busy. I will resume my workouts on Wed, as planned. I figure as long as I count calories and get in at least 3-4 days of workouts I should be good. I still need to weigh myself, which I will probably do tomorrow a.m or Thursday a.m. Then I will adjust it on Spark.
Ive been within calorie range the past two days. Yesterday I over did it on the carbs. Will have to keep that under control.
Today is day 3 of eating right and staying active. Yesterday DH said he does not want me over doing it with the workouts. So I will limit my workouts to 20-30 mins for a month until Im used to it again.
Oh yesterday I won a Spark Fitness DVD on the Spark Points Bonus Wheel. So I am excited to see what I get. Im thinking it could be Coach Nicole's Bootcamp DVD. And if so, I am looking forward to it. And I most likely will add it into my weekly rotation.
