I'm so sorry that you're struggling! Sometimes it seems that everything is against you. Every time I really committ to something and start an exercise program, somehow I get hurt and have to stop. It's really frustrating but this time I'm really gonna do it no matter what so I'll work through my issues and stay on track. Work with your doctors, and see if they suggest a activity plan, or a physical therapist that may be able to develop a customized plan to meet your needs. The Spark plan is just an outline for it to work you have to do what you can stick to on a daily basis and what your body and time will allow. Continue to take care of yourself. You are doing it keep up the great work. emoticon
