Every time I buy nectarines, they are rotten the next day. They can be hard as a rock, but the next day... they have soft spots all over them! I bought some at a roadside stand over the weekend, and one already had to be thrown away. I bought them on Saturday. I just want a nice nectarine. I don't think that is asking too much.

I worked until 7am then I had to be back to work by 5pm. Needless to say, exercise was put on the back burner today. It is alright though. I plan on hitting the gym tomorrow, and the bike trails Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I am just going to leave my bike strapped onto my rack. No one is going to steal it. That is what I like about where I live -- no one around :)

I plan on hitting it after I am done at the Library with my volunteer work. I am figuring I need to get done at the library at 4. I would like to be at the trail no later than 5 to start. It is starting to get darker earlier and I want to make sure I am not left in the dark since it is in the woods with no lights.

Friday we are going to a ball game. I am looking forward to it. I keep asking the boyfriend if he wants to go to Olive Garden for the Never Ending Pasta Bowl which he adores. Of course, I can't have that, nor do I want that. I want their Apricot Chicken and soup. I get a bowl of soup and the lunch portion of the chicken. Viola! I don't have to worry about cooking for 2 days! That is more than enough food for me to eat the next day for both lunch (soup) and dinner (chicken)

I don't really want to eat at the ballpark again. Last time, I got a hamburger and just ate it without the bun. I used the bun as my plate, and just broke pieces of the burger off and ate it. Not really the best thing for me, and honestly it wasn't even that spectacular. At least not $4 spectacular. I do sneak a few little snacks in my purse along though. Usually a 100 calorie pack of Almonds and a serving of sourdough pretzels. Also, maybe not the best, but, a lot better than what is offered. Thus why I would like to eat before we go to the ballpark.

    The small snacks sound like a great idea for the ballpark. And I love the soup at Olive Garden too...honestly, I'd rather get that and the salad (though the dressing needs to be light and on the side for me).
