Biggest Loser Summer Challenge

Well I certainly didn't hit my weight loss goal but I did stop the gains I was seeing since going back to work. I did good on the other goals-made everyone of the team challenges, did get more organized. I'm not exercising as regularly as I would like, nor is healthy eating a strong habit - yet. That is why this is a work in progress. Just paying attention will eventually get me to my goals and stop me from gaining more weight. I am looking forward to the fall challenge, to having the routine of my daughter being in school and to taking some time off studying this fall.
