New challenge - Change the "fat" skinny to fit.

I went in for a fitness evaluation and was alarmed to be told that I carry a hefty amount of body fat despite being in a good BMI place. So - time to get to work. The challenge is to get enough protein and exercise to change that fat and gain some muscle.

If you have some suggestions to this protein challenged person, let me know. Due to health issues, I cannot have meat, dairy, limited beans.

    my BMI is normal (21-22) but my body fat is 32 (also normal now), bur before was around 42%. I do 3 cardio sessions and 3 strength training (with heavy lifting). and I try to eat as more protein as I can. But sometimes is difficult so I use whey protein as a post workout snack. It helps.

    And I am NOT skinny. I cannot imagine ever being there, nor do I want to go that route. I am just looking for healthy.
