List of go-to meals

I've created a list of go-to meals using Stephanie Huckabee's recommendations from her PowerFit series and from Leslie Sansone's Walk, Eat, Lose program. I think I have a good base to start with. I'd really like to get better at meal planning. I think it's one of the key components that I need to add to my life to succeed at losing weight, staying healthy and feeling great.

    That's a huge part of what has been helping me be healthy. Batch cooking, especially, so there's something healthy on hand when I'm hungry/tired and don't want to cook. It's so easy to reach for something unhealthy in those moments so being prepared helps immensely. I'm curious about that Walk, Eat, Lose program of Leslie Sansone's. Was just about to go do one of her videos. . . I'll have to look it up. Thanks for the heads up. =)

    I t has worked for me...planning my meals a head of time and getting my tracker filled out, then I print it off so I know what to eat and how much as you know portions are very important too
