I've created a list of go-to meals using Stephanie Huckabee's recommendations from her PowerFit series and from Leslie Sansone's Walk, Eat, Lose program. I think I have a good base to start with. I'd really like to get better at meal planning. I think it's one of the key components that I need to add to my life to succeed at losing weight, staying healthy and feeling great.
