I'm baaacckk!! :-)
Yes, I have been MIA for a just a bit. Life happened. No excuses. When I couldn't get my full workout in, I tried to be very careful with my nutrition. I was able to get some ST here and there and some cardio here and there, but not really a full workout. I got it in this morning and my kids are still sleeping! I did my ST and TurboFire HIIT 20. I still plan to do some running later today, but I am spent right now. My 8 year old daughter and I are running a 5K on Saturday so I really need to get my runs in this week to get ready. Though I know that we will be walking more than running, but I am really going to try to push her. I am just so proud of her for doing this and looking forward to our bonding while exercising. It is so far out of her comfort level, and that is a good thing!
Three weeks from Friday I will be beachside with my family. AAHHHHH, beachside, that sounds so nice!!
Off to reward myself with my Chocolate Shakeology for breakfast. Happy Monday!
