BLC#15 WUB Week 7

This challenge is almost over!! I don't want to say I'm completely surprised I made it this far, but given my track record and the fact I've never done anything like this, ever... I'm a little surprised! Haha. Really proves to me that I've made a conscious effort to change my habits and lifestyle, and am succeeding. Way to go, me! :] I am proud of myself, and I want to keep this up. Even if the last couple weeks have been on the down side of my challenge (as far as getting in fitness minutes like I wanted to, with traveling), I've stayed in the game. *pats self on back*! Ha.

I've still be tracking my intake, bumped up my protein (though this last week and a half has been tough, but I have been meeting my minimum) and have improved on fluids. This seems to have helped, because I've dropped 7.6lbs!! So very happy about that!

I have not, however, bumped up my walking. I wanted to do that, and time seems to have escaped me. Although, one day last week, I went with a friend to walk around the mall (1 mile), which was good, and pretty much every day I've been out running errands and shopping, so I have been walking around lots of stores... if that counts at all, haha.

Onto the last week.. going to try to make this a strong one! :]
