Hey Guys Just starting out this blog as another way to track my weight-loss. This website looks terrific.
My actual goal is to just lose weight so I can get better quality sleep and be more active. I love being active, have a little jiu jitsu training. I have 2 motorcycles 1 for riding and one project.
I have a set workout and food plan that will try to keep things simple, eat less work out more and water, water, water.
I have been a stay at home dad for 2 years now and it has taken it's toll, not that I was it the most fit shape before.
Take it easy for now I will hit you up more when I remember
