Getting Started

Hey Guys Just starting out this blog as another way to track my weight-loss. This website looks terrific.

My actual goal is to just lose weight so I can get better quality sleep and be more active. I love being active, have a little jiu jitsu training. I have 2 motorcycles 1 for riding and one project.

I have a set workout and food plan that will try to keep things simple, eat less work out more and water, water, water.

I have been a stay at home dad for 2 years now and it has taken it's toll, not that I was it the most fit shape before.

Take it easy for now I will hit you up more when I remember

    You've got the Goal Setting thing down already and that's one of the more difficult parts!
    I was a stay at home parent as well when my kids were still little and cute. It's not an easy gig at all! It's very easy to lose track of yourself when you're chasing the little ones.
    There's a lot to do and see here so take it easy and make sure you get the most out of it!
