On the right track

Well, yesterday I kept myself focused on what I was eating and tracking it. My focus right now is the track all my food even if I go over. I went by about 80 calories yesterday but I also went to the gym in the morning with my hubby. The mistake I made throughout the day came at the end of the day. I knew kind of where I was with calories but didn't keep track right away. Had I been a little more consistent I would have kept within my calorie range. Little steps forward are going to make the difference and I will learn from what I do and not scold myself for what I don't do. It is going to be a good week but I will take it one day at a time,

    Tracking definitely makes us more aware of what we're eating and more thoughtful about the choices we've made.

    Honestly, that's the only way I keep from overwhelming myself - the one step at a time thing. Stay cool. (cute pic of you and your daughter, btw)
