I'll be working alot this weekend, I'm trying to think of creative discreet exercises I can sneak in throughout the day since I can't go to the gym or do my regular walk.
1) push ups off the wall in the bathroom
2) 10 minute walk around the parking lot
3) squats
4) seated abdominal crunches
any more ideas???
