Starting over

I had the last re-check following my hand surgery yesterday. The Doctor said things are healing very well and that I can return to all of my normal activities, as I feel comfortable.

I decided that this is the perfect time to make some serious changes to my goals and routine, and work on making other changes in my lifestyle. So, today I will sit down with pen and paper and WRITE down the changes I want to make and what I will do to be sure they happen.
While I have not finalized any of them yet, here are a few of the things I plan to do:
1. Plan meals in advance and have the foods I need ready to prepare for each meal.
2. Get back to lifting weights and work each body part twice a week.
3. Get back to biking and ride at least 100 miles a week.
4. Set aside, and schedule, time every day for household chores.

I know I will have other things that will make the list grow as I get into it, but these four will be a good start to making more changes and staying fit.

So, my journey continues and the new course begins NOW!!!!
