Week 3

Still doing well with diet changes - no soda or sweetened beverages. The sugar cravings are pretty much gone. I had a slice of cake at my birthday dinner, but that was all. No cake going home with me! Exercise was not as consistent this week as I'd like, but we're going to the gym tonight and I think I'll take a hike in the morning tomorrow. Maybe Sunday too if I'm feeling extra adventurous!
