Hard to make a lifestyle change amongst fit friends with high metabolisms. Gotta start saying no to lunch out and the like.

Toughest thing now- rollin'....out of bed that is.

I'm a morning shower person, so by default, I need to be a morning workout person. Tried this morning. Called my alarm clock some unmentionable names and rolled over. This is the next phase- fitting these changes into my teaching schedule. If I can get good AM workouts in, then everything else falls into place. If not, I'm going to need to plan to workout after school, which means a second shower, which is really bad for my psorasis.

So now, the joy of an early bedtime- something that is SOOOOO against my biological clock. It's another necessary change if I'm gonna keep rollin', rollin' to 200!

    Oh how I understand! I roll out of bed at 4 to make it to the gym at 5! Trust me in the end it is so worth it. Keep up the hard work!
