"Are you sure you don't want Domino's?"

Wednesdays in the summer are hard. I work 2 jobs normally but one job doubles up. With that Wednesday's tend to make me stressed and anxious. Not enough hours in the day to get everything done. I left my house at 8:30am and got home at 9:30pm. With the exception of the drive there and back I didn't stop. Unfortunately it's not physical work it's computer work. In the middle of the day my daughter and friend decided they wanted Dominos. Ugh I love Dominos. OK, I look up there nutritional info and honestly - not a dag thing under 500 calories in fact most things were close to 1,000. So I ordered for them - they are very active and very skinny - I know, hard not to hate them LOL. why aren't you ordering anything - not thanks I have a lean cuisine with me . . . are you sure? 500 calories vs 200 oh yea I'm sure . . .
In it comes and oh the smell! Can I have a bite? God bless my bratty daughter! No! If I have any left you can have it. Well, knowing her left overs would be the garlic bread bowl her pasta came in and quickly instructed to to toss into the garbage anything she doesn't eat!
I very proudly sat and ate my lean cuisine which tasted so good because I knew afterwards I wouldn't hate myself. That decision pushed me through a normally binge day. i didn't touch the candy, the numerous birthday snacks, or even the pretzels. I knew I didn't want them and listened to myself. Yea Me! Today should go smooth, Thursday's usually do. My concern going forward is arriving house guests that aren't leaving until the day before I leave for a camping trip. Should make packing and interesting challenge! :-)
