Day 20: On my way to a healthier me

Good Morning,

I just finished my morning walk. I decided to go out for the walk today instead of walking on my treadmill and I must say I enjoyed that more and i burned more calories. Going out doors allowed me to enjoy the beautiful morning, and just take the time to think and just enjoy me.

I cant believe that i am still excited and still going strong. Its shower time and then breakfast. :)
