My daily results from the eigth day of my August Goals:

Daily Goals
*Get at least 100 spark points a day = 131 pts
*Drink 12 glasses of water a day = 15 glasses
*Eat 5+ fruits and veggies a day a = 10 fruits and veggies
*Stick to what I packed to eat at work (no stress vending machine eating) = acheived
*Get up everyday and do 30DS = got up at 4:10 am, 30DS Level 1 Day 9 completed
*Get to gym during lunch and do 15 mins cardo and 15 sculpting) = 15 mins on the Stationary Upright Bike and 15 mins of arm sculpting
*Walk a minimum of 3000 steps while at work each day = 3194

+ Did a set of 10 wall push-ups and 10 close arm wall push-ups each time I took a restroom break x 4
+ 30 mins on the Upright Stationary Bike at home while on the phone
+ New You SparkPeople Bootcamp video Day 3

    Well I was :( allergies got really bad and I missed three days of my 30DS in a row. Still worked out during lunch, just didn't get up to do Jillian. But I got back on the saddle today and did day 1 of level 2. Will have august week 2 recap coming out on Monday.
