Busy Morning and Afternoon

After a not half bad nite of sleep i woke about quarter to eight and
figure what do i do to start out well i already i might go to the Y to
work-out yep. A good 45 minute of stretching and tummy crunches
i started on the elliptical trainer to see if all possible to try and do
20 minutes nope on that one , my hip was saying not a prayer so i
managed 10 to build up strength again and not over-do. I was unhappy
in this but been so long and wasn't ready. Not giving up though, the
achy muscules will not win this battle.
