Cardio Streak Day 469
2.30 mile walk /jog
I took it easy on the strength training at work yesterday. With the sore back muscles, I cut the workout back to five sets of each exercise: Five sets of bench press ( 5 x 12 reps ), five sets of crunches ( 5 x 25 reps ), five sets of tricep dips ( 5 x 10 reps ), and five sets of forward stretches ( 5 x 100 reps ).
My back is better today and I didn't groan when I got out of bed this morning. Once up, I had four cups of no-name water and went outside. I completed 2.3 miles in 30 minutes and came back inside to read some blogs.
Once I get to work today, I'll do at least five sets of each of the exercises with the goal, of course, being ten sets of each. It all depends on how I feel.
The virtual team is within twenty miles of crossing into Kansas. Personally, I'm still in Virginia... it's taking a long time to get through it but I'm still going, even if I have cut back the mileage over the last couple of months.
