Day 12 Cleanse

My Day 12 cleanse info was on Medical Q& A so I'm going to post some observations instead.
First of all, since I cut sugar, I am not hungry like before. I am able to tell between when I'm hungry vs when my mouth wants something.
Caffeine, I love the taste of coffee. Especially my flavored coffees. I find I can swap to decaf with no real issue. And I seem to sleep better, although sleep comes easily for me.
Fruit, If I am wanting something sweet, fruit does the trick. Sometimes craves are habits. I walked past a vending machine last night and it was because I saw them that had a sudden crave for M&Ms. I knew it was because I saw them, I didn't have the crave before. And it was a weak crave not a compelling one....so i passed them by. Doing this cleanse is more important to me,
Exercise: I am loving Spark Coach and setting mini goals. I find I am sticking to my exercise plan and looking forward to it. The rule of 10 works. I can do 10 minutes and I do it on my Wii which I love.
