Reached out to a friend who is going through the same thing with making lifestyle changes because of diabetes. I am so glad I did...we are getting together this afternoon to exercise and talk about things she has done to improve her eating habits. I can't wait to meet!! I am hoping I will gain a lot of insight on ways to plan better.

Wasting time is something I can do very easily. I do however, find myself more conscious about watching tv. I am spending more time online in the Spark Community. For example, I am doing a little multi-tasking by entering my exercise and cooking supper at the same time. emoticon

I did go work out with my friend and her daughter and we had a great time. I feel better, but the problem is the time I get home...I should have planned better about my evening meal since it will be late when I eat. Next trip to the grocery store is going to revolve around meals I can start in the crock pot and have them ready when I get home.
