Week 1 August Goals Update

Month Goals
*Perfect Attendance Award for August - on track
*Reach Level 11 (currently about 850 from level 10) - 169 points to level 10
*Complete 1500 fitness minutes - 768 points so far
*Complete Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (fourth attempt, WILL DO IT!! Started Day 1 this morning) - on day 8 - 2 more days at level 1 then on to level 3
*Loss 5 lbs by Labor Day (CW 140 lbs) - down .5
*Portion my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the work week on Sundays - done :o)

Daily Goals
*Get at least 100 spark points a day - 1,233 total points for Aug / 11 days = 112 points per day
*Drink 12 glasses of water a day - yup
*Eat 5+ fruits and veggies a day - 5 out of 7 days
*Stick to what I packed to eat at work (no stress vending machine eating) - 5 out of 5 days, and proud of myself after the stress I went through at work
*Get up everyday and do 30DS - 6 out of 7 days
*Get to gym during lunch and do 15 mins cardio and 15 sculpting) - 5 out of 5 days
*Walk a minimum of 3000 steps while at work each day - 5 out of 5 days

Not perfect but on track for the month of August
