BodPod - Aug. 13th and Weekend Running

I had my BMI calculated with the BodPod today. It was an interesting experience. Painless and you don't get wet:)
The result was disappointing for me, as I was hoping my bone density and muscles were heavier, but it was pretty close to the calculators you find on the internet. It was interesting to find out what my body burns just "living". I do think I am not feeding my body correctly, so that is a good part of my challenge right now. All I need to do now is figure out how to feed my body more consistently.
I have used the food tracker on Sparkpeople in the past and will do that for a while, so I get a measurement on what my body is lacking. I am going to focus a lot on the protein portion.
Also, my weekend run went GREAT!!! I ran just shy of 4 miles and I could have done more, but needed to get ready for church. I ran at 5.5 and no incline. Next weekend I think I'm going to try it at 6 mph. I know I'm mmaking headway because if you would have tried to have me do this 2 months ago, I wouldn't have been able to.
