Miami Beach August 24th

I am going to blog every day until I hit the beach August 24th. Today is day 2 of 14. I would like to lose 10 lbs. I know that's quite a push but its more important for me to have a specific goal. I did well with both diet and exercise so far. Yesterday I purchased a new bathing suit. Of course I critiqued all my body flaws. But I still love the suit, and remarkably I don't think I look too bad in it. I'm gonna be optimistic. Either way I'm looking forward to the trip, and having lots of fun before summer's end :)
