Been a long day today. Layed low again today. Feeling under the weather again for the most part of the day. I did, however, go with my husband to walk the dogs for 25 minutes. When I got back to the house, my sugar had taken a drop so had to eat a sandwich and some milk. Feeling better now that I ate. That really surprized me as I had been having mainly very small meals almost all day long. Had a great supper - grilled pork chop (2 1/2 oz), sweet potato, mixed vegetables, cucumbers and tomatoes. I was full when I got done.

I stayed within my calorie range - even my folate was where it belonged for the first time ever!! My fiber was great but my fat content was a little low.

All in all, feeling better today than yesterday which didn't take much!

    My blood glucose drops when I exercise, so I was told to eat a banana before I do. That's a lot of sugar, so I try to eat a protein + fruit. Feel better! You've been dragging long enough. emoticon
