hi so i haven't blog for a few days. i think i am doing ok with my goals tomorrow is the day that me and jason might walk 5ks it depends on how i am feeling. i have been doing some jogging, i can jog for a min with no problem but i tried to jog for 2 mins and i had to stop i felt like i was going to die. I also felt like i was letting myself down because i really wanted to meet that goal. i wont give up i will try again. i am also drinking alot of water meeting that goal. I have only lost 1lb so far this month but i will find out on Wednesday if i lost any this week.

Jason and i got step counters and have been keeping track how much we walk. We have made it in to a game, if i have more steps then him then that nite we get to do something i want to do and if he wins we do what he wants to do that nite.
