Sticking to the plan!

Well,I've started a Slim Fast plan because I wanted to kick start some weight loss. I have been on this plateau so long I could sream so I figured I'd jump off! lol. Anyway,Yesterday my husband had a Schwan's bbq pork sandwich,( He's the Schwan's man for our area but that is another blog) and it smelled so good! I took a tiny(really!) bite and it WAS good, but I knew I had to stick to my plan because I need to fit in a dress for an Eastern Star convention next week just a little better. I stuck to my plan and had a Slim Fast for lunch then I was able to have a pork sandwich for dinner.I was so proud of myself! This morning I had lost 3 lbs! Yay me! I went to Arby's with a group after church, but I got the jr. roast beef, value curly fries, and a value drink. Saved money and calories! All in all I feel I'm geting on track. emoticon

    It seems that all I can do is gain weight instead of getting rid of it. It is really psssssss me off. I started the SparkCoach and I hope that helps. Have a great week!
