I think it's about time I review my SMART goals and figure out what steps I'm going to take to do this. I plan on making it all big and pretty and such, but I'll write it on here to start with
Since I can't seem to physically LOSE weight, I'm going to use other methods of progress
To fit in a size 10 in the next two weeks / weigh 157 in the next 2 weeks
I will track my food every day, exercise 30 minutes a day on average (if not more), eat 2 servings of fruit and 3 servings of veggies every day.
So far I've gotten up at 5am to work out consistently for 2 1/2 months. I wish I saw more progress with this, but I need to start eating better and perhaps I'll start seeing some results.
I did notice that I lost an inch or so around my thighs and my calves. woot!
