I Lost Two Pounds, At My Saturday Morning Weigh-In !

I am so happy to see this happen !
Today, I've also started using a 9" Plate, as part of the Challenge, on one of my
Teams. We are always encouraged to carry on with the new lifestyle habit,
even after the Challenge is over. I think that I will make using 9" plates
a lasting habit, since I can already see a greatly-reduced consumption of food !

    I'm enjoying the 9" plate challenge too. I use a smaller plate occasionally, but it really does help, so I need to make it an all the time thing.
