Countdown to Vacation

Well it's now one week until vacation, 3 weeks since I've been back on track. One month before our vacation, the bf and I decided to eat healthy for a month. I figured setting a small goal like that would be the best way to get started on spark again. So far, it has been a success. I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I have lost inches, and I've stayed within my calories every day except one - and that day I only ate about 1800cal because I just felt my body needed it. So I don't feel like that was even a failure!

Now here we are, one week to vacation, still going strong. I treated myself to a haircut (and an expensive one at that!), and will be going shopping this afternoon to get some more last minute things we need before the trip.

I am committed to this, and even though I will be eating out a lot next week, I still plan on sticking to the plan. Who says running on the beach is no fun??! I really can't wait!!!!

I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE!!!! It is the only thing that has kept my poor eating habits in check! I think it truly saved my life.

To go from 238 down to 168...and hopefully one day 138, I know I owe most of it to this site! (and my hard work, I know)
