Eating Clean Cooler 1 Meal Plan.

Well I have decided to go back to basics and use the eating clean plan of Tosca Reno's I am going to follow Cooler plan 1 unless it gets way to hard for me to follow. It is the strictest of the meal plans as it is for those who:
Are trying to lose the last 5-10 pounds,
Want quick weight loss. (It is only to be followed 2 weeks at a time No LONGER)
Early contest Prep
Those who want to show more muscle definition.
Photo shoots.

Complex Carbs from Fruit.
Apples, Pears, 1/2 in the morning 1/2 in the afternoon

Complex Carbs from Veges
2 cupped handfuls of cucumbers, radishes tomatoes, leafy greens, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, green beans,sprouts celery, bok choy or other high water non starchy vegetables 4 times a day

Complex Carbs from Wholegrains and starchy carbs
One handful per day of cooked Quinoa, brown rice Oatmeal, Millet or cream of wheat.

Lean Protein
Palm sized portion eaten five times a day
chicken Tuna egg whites, turkey bison.


Salad dressings except balsamic vinegar and lemon juice.
High sodium foods.
It will be really hard going but I really need to lose some weight around my midsection especially before the wedding. I will try to follow as best I can for the 2 weeks then I am on holiday and will of course have to be careful of what I am eating not to put it back on. I will try to eat as clean as possible but we all know then when you are travelling it is very hard. I am going to try though

I went for a 5 k walk today in between shopping and the boys sport.
So day one so far has been good. I am heading to the movies tonight to see step up and that will be a test with the devine smell of popcorn but I can do it.
